Scottsdale Children’s Group does not offer routine Covid testing at our office. If you are in need of a Covid test due to exposure, clearance or travel, please visit one of the Embry Health locations throughout the valley to receive testing.

Covid Vaccine Information:

Based on currently available safety data, we plan to support a CDC recommendation that children 5 years and older receive a COVID vaccine. Our office will offer the COVID vaccine pending availability and shipments from the county health department on select dates at a drive through clinic. This may be as early as the beginning of November. As more information becomes available and details surrounding the clinic are finalized, we will email our patients as well as keep our website updated.

We are recommending that all currently eligible patients and their parents receive a COVID vaccine. Currently the Pfizer COVID vaccine has emergency use authorization for children ages 12-17 and is fully licensed for adults ages 18 and over. The Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines currently have emergency use authorization for adults ages 18 and over. If you have questions regarding vaccination, please schedule a visit with your provider.
