Please help us in welcoming Kara Decker to Scottsdale Children’s Group. We are very excited to have her join our team and to help us in providing quality care to your children.
Kara Decker is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She received both her Bachelors in nursing and Doctor in Nursing Practice with a focus in pediatric primary care from the University of Missouri. Kara’s nursing experience comes from caring for families and infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a Phoenix native, she enjoys hiking and walks with her husband, new baby, and dogs - Winston & Wrigley.

Dustin Graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University in May 2013. After completing his undergraduate degree, Dustin worked as a Child Development Professional in the Child Study Lab at Arizona State University for 6 years where he directly supervised college undergraduates completing a practicum course in Child Development.

Dear Arbor Medical Partners Families,
It has been a month and a half since we have started the transition to our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and we wanted to provide an update on the process.
Even with careful planning, we recognize that a transition as great as this can cause some unintended obstacles for parents. We recognize that in addition to concerns with the patient portal and our pre-check in system (Phreesia), certain aspects of your patient experience may temporarily take more time than usual and we sincerely thank you for your patience.
Our team is dedicated to improving your experience utilizing our new EHR platform. We are working diligently behind the scenes to shorten on-hold times and create a clear set of instructions on how to set up your new patient portal. We’ll be updating our websites with instructions soon.
Thank you once again for your patience as we work to provide your family with better service, recruit dedicated employees who can serve you in our offices and make your overall patient experience more consistent.
