Privacy Statement

This Web site is owned and operated by Scottsdale Children's Group. We recognize that many visitors to our site are concerned about the information they provide and how we treat that information. Our Privacy Statement addresses those concerns. We may update this statement from time to time without notice.

Scottsdale Children's Group will not disclose your private information to any third party except if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or to protect the rights, property or safety of users or the public. We will take all reasonable care in handling your personal information to ensure its security both offline and online.

Types of Information Collected

You are free to browse without submitting any personal information. Your IP address (your current Internet address) is stored in the server logs at the time of your visit, as it is on all web sites. We do not collect any personal information when you visit the site unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly, such as registering for our mailing list.

Some features of our site may require you to sign up to use. If you do sign up, we use the information you supply for the purpose of providing the information, products or services you request. Because of the volume of requests we receive, however, we may have to give your name, e-mail and postal addresses to a fulfillment house or distributor of our products who partner with us. On our behalf our partners will provide you with the information or products in which you expressed an interest. Our partners have agreed to keep the personal information they receive from us confidential and secure unless you have given your consent to it being shared with other product manufacturers.

Mailing List Registration

If you register for our mailing list you will have to supply an email address. You must provide a real and valid email address when registering. By registering for our mailing list you specifically agree to provide us with identifiable information, such as your email address, and you authorize us to contact you periodically.

Children's privacy is of primary concern to us, and our Policy and practices reflect applicable laws and regulations on children's privacy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Any communication we get that is identified as being from a child under 13 will not be kept by Scottsdale Children's Group. Regulations enacted in April 2000 under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act give children under 13 years of age greater privacy protection online.
